The ice skating rink was not what I expected but all the other accomandations were great. The people were very nice and provided quality customer service. The cable signal and seat cover on the toliet were not working and we called maintenance which on the job fast quick and a hurry good job on that. I will stay in the near future.

AMAZING!

Me and my family went there recently and I have to say it was the best time I've spent all year long. The Indoor pool was HUGE as well as the outdoor pool. My kids loved the iceskating rink and the location was perfect. I would deffinetly recommend it.

Well, when we arrived I was very upset to find that the accommodations I thought I had arranged had not been the correct accommodates at all. I ordered a two bed room suite with a pull out sofa and when I arrived got a single room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. I was travelling with 3 teenager and 2 youths and 1 toddler, along with 2 other adults. I really needed that extra room. So I ended up paying more and getting a 2 bedroom Suite, but they could only accommodate for 2 nights and the third night we all had to squeeze into the one room. Very uncomfortable to say the least. Now on the other hand, that was my only complaint. The children had a ball. To quote my 7 year old "This is the best hotel ever". They loved iceskating until 10pm, which was late night for younger ones. They meet alot of new friends and was in and out of the pools and game room all day.

The first thing we noticed upon arriving to our room was all of the noise from the ice rink. We had no idea our room would be directly overtop. Our room was not cleaned ONE TIME (although the cleaning service came by it was at the worst time as we were all getting ready for our day but the never came back) Our room smelled and the elevators were excruciatingly slow so thank god we were on the third floor and could use the stairs (although one of us was 7 months pregnant). I have always stayed at a different hotel but they were booked and the only lesson I learned was that I should plan ahead more or I'll end up in a place like the Carousel.

The hotel is located to many good restaurants in the area and avoids alot of the major crowds in OC. Close to theatres. Love the beach access and really surprized that free beach chairs of decent quality available every day.
Quick and adequate snack bar.
