The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional. The happy hour food was priced just right for my families budget. The rooms were quite spacious considering the monies that we had available.

What a great place! Everything you need can be found at the Carousel and then some! Nice bar & grill, great food at the Restaurant. You don't even have to leave the Carousel! We had a great stay and will most likely return.

Customer service was great. Anytime we needed something they were very accomidating. There were a few problems though. We kept putting a do not disturb sign in the door but it kept being removed (by whom we are not sure). We asked the ...[more]

We asked the maids to not clean our room but they still did. We are uncomfortable when someone comes into our room with our belongings when we are not there. The screen door was broken when we first arrived. The front desk sent up someone very promptly. The final issue we had was when we were ready to check out there was no luggage dollys. We asked for one and were told there were only 10 in the whole hotel.
