Customer service was great. Anytime we needed something they were very accomidating. There were a few problems though. We kept putting a do not disturb sign in the door but it kept being removed (by whom we are not sure). We asked the maids to not clean our room but they still did. We are uncomfortable when someone comes into our room with our belongings when we are not there. The screen door was broken when we first arrived. The front desk sent up someone very promptly. The final issue we had was when we were ready to check out there was no luggage dollys. We asked for one and were told there were only 10 in the whole hotel. I believe in a place that big there should better accomidations for check out.

A nice place to stay for a family.

This hotel was wonderful to stay with my family. I went with my 58 year old mother and my 2 year old son and we all had a wonderful time. Then room was nice sound proof (good when traveling with a two year old know to throw fits). Only problem with the room was the bath room door did not close all the way because the due to what looked like some shifting, so its a good we are a close family. Over all the room was clean no wild partys witch is great the the view of the ocean was fantastic.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It would have been better if the gift shop had been open and if there would have been some type of continential breakfast. I know it is off season but it was cold, windy, and rainy outside. Food at the hotel restraunt was really good.

I enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I didn't like was there were too many kids to enjoy the
pool and hot tub.
