The room, especially the floors, where dirty. When the maid came to our room, she did not clean anything. Only left towels and remade the beds (I had already done so). The shower curtain rod that is designed to give you more room in the shower, is placed too far in leaving the shower curtain stuck to you when showering. It actually eliminated more space than a regular curtain rod. I know it's the busy season and visitors come in from the beach and stuff but come on. Clean the rooms!
