One night's rate and tax is charged immediately to your credit card as a deposit to guarantee your room for the first night.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES IN RESERVATION DATE: If 72 hours notice is not received prior to your reservation date the 1st night room rate will be forfeited. For a refund of your advance deposit, any changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your resrvation date of arrival to receive a full refund. A cancellation number must be obtained in order to receive a refund.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT POLICY: Our guaranteed check in time is after 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier than 3:00 pm, we can pre-regiser you. Our check out time is 11:00 am.
Payment Policy: Balance of payment for all nights reserved must be made upon check in. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Cash and Travelers Cheques.

Alot needed to love

I think the 'liked' category fits very well. It takes a lot to love something, so it bodes well for your customer service that I loved it.
Hot tub is very small for a hotel of this caliber and size. No mats in the shower area and also very small for above reasons. The pool is fine but not loved.

I stay at the dunes manor every December around xmas time when at all possible. the dunes manor is a warm and relaxing place to spend a weekend and during xmas season they have complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby which I like. My fiance and I love it and the prices are reasonable its located right near the end of the boardwalk and is very conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and entertainment I will continue to stay in the future

Hotel was good. No business office was a let down. Pool was cloudy during our stay. I asked why, they said it wasn't cloudy. I know a cloudy pool when I see one. Would probably stay again.
