NOT CLEAN!!! The carpet was dirty, the bathroom door was falling apart. The quilt had cigeratte burns. The heat/ac when turned on stunk badly. The only thing we enjoyed was the pool. And the location to the boardwalk is at least a fifteen to twenty minute drive away.

2nd room was better.

We went to our room and first noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. While putting our clothes away we noticed a terrible smell like urine in the main room. When we turned on the A.C. up to high for 10 min. no cold air was coming out. I called the front desk and they put us in a better room. No complaints on the 2nd room.

The Fenwick was a very nice hotel. The facility was very clean and the service was great. I wish there would have been a balcony, though. Not a bad trek to the beach at all. We would stay again.

Carpet dirty-towels hard, and dirty. Outdated.They don't let you check in until 4pm
or very close to then- whereas Other places
would Gladly let you check-in early. People
staying there looked like they were from prison
or were all on welfare and unemployed.
