The staff was very nice and the room was big and clean. The only thing that needs to be done in the future is the carpeting,it is very worn. The pool is big and very nice and clean. We had a good experience and we will stay there again.

The stay was awesome. Hotel was very clean and the rooftop bar was nice. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a vent in the bathroom so it was very hot in there after a shower. I was actually amazed at how clean and nice the hotel room was and I loved that they put me and my family on a level with other kids and at the end of the hall. I have an eleven month old baby so that was very nice of them.

O.C. Trip

The room was right next to the elevator, on the 7th floor. The restaurant is on the 8th floor and they vacuum at 7AM! The air conditioner knob broke off when I turned it but at least it was stuck on, not off. The bed was great and we had a great view. Go early to the hot tub unless you like meeting many new friends in a close proximity. You are not far from Seacrets and Hooters but the boardwalk is a hundred some odd streets away. The beach is only a block away so that was nice. Room cleaning was often but took forever! Overall, it was a nice place since we didn't really stay in our hotel that much anyway.

I enjoyed my stay but, I wasn't happy with the house cleaning service. She kept insisting she clean my room when I wasn't ready for my room to be cleaned and she ask me several times if I needed the entire room cleaned. I said yes several times. It's that her job to clean the entire room and not just bring towels.
