the staff was very pleasant and the restaurant and pool were average. the room was very dirty with stained furniture, carpets, sheets. Very hard to look beyond the filthy room to consider this a good value.

When I got in the room the room had not been cleaned yet from its previous occupants. There was garbage, dirty glasses, towels thrown, and the bed was not made. After asking for a new room they had no more King bed rooms and the room they gave me next still had not be cleaned as well. They finally got it right on the third try to get me a clean room. They didn't offer anything for the troubles of moving rooms two times. The third room wasn't even clean as well. The walls were dirty and one pillow had stains on it. I tried to make the best of my stay in Ocean City despite the poor service and dirtiness of the hotel. If you plan on going to the major bars in ocean city don't go here it is far from all the major attractions and taking the bus there takes a very long time. They were supposed to send me an e-mail letting me know but they didn't. I was glad I didn't bring him. The furniture in the room was filthy. There were stains on the couch, drapery, the box spring. The room smelled like stale smoke. The bathroom sink leaked. The ice machine in the floor I stayed did not work. When we informed the front desk they told us that they knew about it and to go to the third floor and use that machine. No sign was posted. The whole appearance inside out of the hotel looked run down. Major up grade needed.
