On departure 7 days later the tiles were still missing and there was a ice bucket catching the water. Wall paper on the 8th floor peeling off the wall by the elevator exposing a mold problem behind it. Smelled musty and brown/green/black mold growing on wall. WiFi access only available in the lobby. No access in rooms which is a must for our family. Overall I booked this hotel thinking that it was going to be high end becuase of the price and pictures.
