For all rates $69 and below a daily towel service is provided. For all rates $70 daily full houskeeping service is provided. Reservation is only guaranteed when you recieve direct confirmation from the Hotel Monte Carlo. If requested room is not avaiable next available room type will be reserved, which may mean a increase or decrease in rate. Rates do not include $7.99 per night resort fee. (not a safe fee) Cancellation Policy: All changes and cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit initial deposit paid. All cancellations outside of 10 day policy will result in $25.00 plus tax cancellation fee; . All rates are subject to change and do not include taxes (6% state, 4.5% county). Credit Card used for advance deposit must be person who room is registered to and must be present at check in with valid photo I.D.; We do not accept credit card payments from persons not checking into hotel. The Monte Carlo let us check in about an hour early, very courteous staff-a bit pricey, but everything in OC is this time of year :)

I stayed on the second floor where the laundry room is located. It was very unpleasant for laundry to be done at night when guests are trying to sleep, it would be better if this is done during the day time when guests are out and about. ...[more]

She didn't fold the towels, just put them on the toilet. The people on our floor were slamming doors and were loud the entire weekend.
