For all rates $69 and below a daily towel service is provided. For all rates $70 daily full houskeeping service is provided. Reservation is only guaranteed when you recieve direct confirmation from the Hotel Monte Carlo. If requested room is not avaiable next available room type will be reserved, which may mean a increase or decrease in rate. Rates do not include $7.99 per night resort fee. (not a safe fee) Cancellation Policy: All changes and cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit initial deposit paid. All cancellations outside of 10 day policy will result in $25.00 plus tax cancellation fee; . All rates are subject to change and do not include taxes (6% state, 4.5% county). Credit Card used for advance deposit must be person who room is registered to and must be present at check in with valid photo I.D.; We do not accept credit card payments from persons not checking into hotel. The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. The beds were very uncomfortable. The indoor pool was cold and could have been heated. Overall a nice hotel at a great location.

liked the location though we saw some better values at comparable places nearby. pool was only 3 feet deep and jacuzi was much too hot.

I really can't say enough about the staff at the Monte Carlo. Everyone I had contact with either in person or on the phone, was polite and helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning next year!
