OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED, INDOOR POOL DID NOT SEEM CLEAN & ROOFTOP SPA WAS DIRTY.
WOULD NOT RETURN AGAIN ESPECIALLY IN PEAK SEASON. DOORS ON ROOM CLOSE EXTREMELY LOUDLY IF NOT HELD & PARKING IS NOT THAT GREAT, BEARLY ENOUGH ROOM TO GET VEHICLE OUT OF SPACE & IF BOTH ARE LONG, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

"We are disappointed to hear that this guest was not satisfied; however, the rooftop pool was scheduled to close on Labor Day Weekend, as a courtesy to our guest we did keep it open into September. Our rooftop Jacuzzi was also scheduled to close Labor Day, again as a courtesy to our guests we kept it open. When rates were determined for stays after Labor Day those courtesies were not taken into consideration. Neither our rooftop jacuzzi nor our indoor pool were dirty, they are clean daily & have always passed inspections. We do have three different parking lots, which could have been used during this stay.
Please read all reviews on this site. We have gotten very positive feedback from our clients. We have not received any complains regarding issues such as this.

"I am very happy that this guest liked our hotel staff. Customer service is a very high priority at our hotel, to help ensure a fantastic stay. Unfortunately our rooftop outdoor pool is only guranteed opened til Labor day, however we did keep it open a couple extra weekends because the weather had been great. Our rooftop jacuzzi was opened this weekend also as a courtesy to our guest to be able to enjoy in season fun at off season rates. We have guests who book weekly vacations without us through out the year and enjoy all that our hotel has to offer. We are not the hilton, but we have a great hotel perfect for the vacationer who wants to enjoy all the great ammenities without paying outrageous rates. "
