For all rates $69 and below a daily towel service is provided. For all rates $70 daily full houskeeping service is provided. Reservation is only guaranteed when you recieve direct confirmation from the Hotel Monte Carlo. If requested room is not avaiable next available room type will be reserved, which may mean a increase or decrease in rate. Rates do not include $7.99 per night resort fee. (not a safe fee) Cancellation Policy: All changes and cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit initial deposit paid. Credit Card used for advance deposit must be person who room is registered to and must be present at check in with valid photo I.D.; We do not accept credit card payments from persons not checking into hotel. The neighbors were kicked out, which showed me how much they appreciate there other tenants. The manager was wonderful. We would go back for sure!
