The outside was a little seedy but that is expected when the hotel is close to the ocean. My only major complaints about the stay was that the hot tub was filthy and therefore chose not to go in it. Also, when we walked out of our room we were practically on the stairs of the fire escape which is an accident waiting to happen. we loved our room, cleanliness, and the balcony view of the ocean. you should try to put all the very loud teenagers who party all night long in one section of the hotel and make others aware somehow.
