It started off a little rough. Apparently there is a shortage in house keeping and our room was not ready at check in time. Once we were in everything was great. I would love for the hotel to bring back the continental breakfast though.

It was convenient to have an indoor and outdoor pool. My biggest complaint would have to be customer service. When I called the morning of our arrival, I was told the room was ready and we could check in anytime. When we arrived, we were told that the room was not ready. We ended up waiting 3 hours, we still got into the room before the normal check in time, but they never apoligized about the inconvenience of being told it was ready and then having to wait. Also, watch your bill for safe charges...everyone at check out complained that they were charged for using the safe when they did not use it. Another problem was the parking deck, small if you have a large car and no elevator.
