The indoor pool area was not very enticing; cloudy, greenish water, towels strewn all over. Ice machine broke down, hot tub wasn't working. And don't look for a guest laundry; they haven't got one! This was surprising. Had to go several blocks away to a public laundromat. I talked to the customer service representative and indicated this is a inconviences to me because I am asthimanic and should have been some incentatives to the customer as far as a voucher for free meal or discount on the next visit.
