We have stayed at this HJ for the pasted couple years. The staff are the best in OC. Can not wait to see the new pool and rooms. We understand they will be very nice. Will plan a trip there in the Spring just to check it out.

We loved everything about.
One thing we didn't have the room I requested when I reserved on line but they took care of us at the reception desk and gave us the correct room.We loved everything about.

The front desk clerk when checking in was not friendly or helpful. Never said hello and her personal cell telephone keep ringing and interrupting our check-in. Negative personality and she should not be in a customer service position.
