I went to the front desk and after about 45 minutes to an hour of trying to explain to this woman that can not speak good english that I paid for an oceanfront and regardless what her computer said, finally an english speaking woman came over and I explained it to her and she credit the difference of the Oceanfront room that I paid for to the price of the Oceanside view that I was put in. since there were no Oceanfronts available. Room was very nice and housekeeping service was very good. Food service was not available through out our stay. The indoor pool was disappointing. It had a scummy film on top of the water and was cloudy. Did not make you want to use it.
