*Deposit required to Confirm Reservations. All rates are subject to 10.5 tax (6% Maryland Sales Tax and 4.5% Ocean City Room Tax) . Published rates are for advanced reservations only.

*Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival.
*Check-In is after 3:00 PM and Check-Out is before 10:00 AM .
*Minimun stay of 3 nights.
*Weekend consist of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
*Holiday Weekend and Special Holiday Weekends may require a 3 night minimum stay.
*No Refunds after Check-In, Early Departures, or Inclement Weather .
*No Personal Checks accepted at Check-In (Checks or Money Orders accepted for deposit only 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date).
*Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted at Check-In . * We do not accept third party credit cards (the persons name who is on the credit card must be present at Check-In with valid photo ID) .
*Cancellation Policy: For all standard reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival deposit will be forfeited. All standard reservations cancelled outside of 30 day policy will result in a $100.00 plus tax processing fee. For Senior Week Reservations all cancellations are non refundable. Reservations are held until 8 p.m. If not noted for late arrival reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Advance Deposit: 1/3 Deposit required to guarantee reservation.
