Our cancellation policy states that you must cancel your reservation by 3pm 5 days prior to your arrival date in order for you not to be charged for the first night's stay. This policy is firm. No refunds are given for early departure. All of our parking is on site. Only one parking space is provided per room. Maximum 4 guests per room, when more than 2 guests over 12 years of age occupy the same room, there is an additional $10.00 per person per day charge. Sorry, no pets allowed. Check-in is after 3pm, check-out is before 11am. Balance is due by cash or credit card at check-in, checks are only accepted for advance deposit 21 days prior to arrival. No third party credit cards are accepted for payment at check-in. Each guest age 18 years and under, not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, must present a $500 cash security deposit upon check in. This deposit is refundable at check out if the room is left in the same condition it was at check in. If you reserve a non smoking room, you may not smoke in the room or on the balcony. This policy is strictly enforced. Please call the hotel if you have any questions or special requests regarding your reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Friendly people at the reception. Great rooms and very clean. The weather was cloudy and we had rain, but who complains on a vacation? Not me. Because of early spring and the weather not much was open yet on the boardwalk and also the hotel pool was not open. Empty beaches.
I also know what it looks like in September. A great hotel to stay at.
And shopping at the outlets saves a rainy day!

Obviously during our stay the pool wasnt open but we did walk around checking out the game room and the laundry facility. We loved it so much we booked it again in August for our family vacation. :-)[collapse]
