Our cancellation policy states that you must cancel your reservation by 3pm 5 days prior to your arrival date in order for you not to be charged for the first night's stay. This policy is firm. There is a $10 processing fee for all timely cancellations. No refunds are given for early departure. All of our parking is on site. Only one parking space is provided per room. Maximum 4 guests per room, when more than 2 guests over 12 years of age occupy the same room, there is an additional $10.00 per person per day charge. Sorry, no pets allowed. Check-in is after 3pm, check-out is before 11am. Balance is due by cash or credit card at check-in, checks are only accepted for advance deposit 21 days prior to arrival. No third party credit cards are accepted for payment at check-in. Each guest age 18 years and under, not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, must present a $500 cash security deposit upon check in. This deposit is refundable at check out if the room is left in the same condition it was at check in and no rules are broken. Park Place is a non smoking hotel. It is our policy that you may not smoke in the room or on the balcony. This policy is strictly enforced. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for guests who smoke in the room or on the balcony. Our designated smoking areas are the oceanfront deck, the outdoor pool and the outdoor Deck Restaurant & Bar. Please call the hotel if you have any questions or special requests regarding your reservation.

The room was good and the staff was ok but major problem with our room key we had to go thru 3 keys .It was only a hassel cuz we would get a new one go up and it would not work.Other than that it was nice (thank you)

It was great-- I didnt answer the pool question because it was not open. The only negative is that the hotel room doors get slammed and it wakes you up.

It was very nice everyone was great to us. We didnt use the pool it wasnt open. We enjoyed the boardwalk what was open and enjoyed just getting away from the winter blues.
