*SMOKE FREE HOTEL (as of February 1, 2008) * Remember, kids 12 and under stay free. * Persons over age 12 are considered adults and extra occupants over 12 are $15 daily per person, plus tax. * All of the suites are beautifully appointed with daily maid service including linens. * Rates are based on 2 adults per suite per day, 4 adults per two bedroom condo per day or 6 adults per three bedroom condo per day. * All rates are based on availability, subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities. * Check-in after 4:00pm; Check-out before 11:00am. Any checkout after 11:00am will result in additional charges. Rooms are not guaranteed until after 4:00pm. * Specific room types, bedding and special requests including non-smoking and near other parties may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Specific suite numbers as well as suite types & bedding requests cannot be guaranteed. Every attempt will be made to honor these special requests. In the event that the specified room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned. * All suites are equipped with an electronic safe for your protection. A nominal fee of 99¢ per day will be automatically charged to your bill regardless of use. * Deposits: A deposit is required when making a reservation. If your deposit has not been received, reservation is subject to automatic cancellation. * Suites:Reservation for 1-3 nights requires one night's payment in advance; four nights or more requires a 1/3 of total stay as an advance deposit, to be received at the hotel within 7 days of making reservation. No personal checks. Credit cards used to guarantee the reservations are charged are charged at the time the reservation is made for the required deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Must present credit card used for advance deposit upon check-in. No personal checks for payment of balance. * Condos:All summer weekly condo reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival date. A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. * Deposits are non-transferable. * Cancellation Policy: If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival, as indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must also be obtained in order to receive a refund (inclement weather is not a valid reason for refund): o 72 hours notice for group reservations o 7 days notice for transient reservations o 14 days notice for golf reservations o 30 days notice for any condo reservation * Cots and cribs are $15 per night, subject to availability. * Sorry, no pets. * Covered parking is available at no charge. * No refunds for early departure. * Reservations being made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non cancellable and are non refundable. * The Maryland General Assembly passed a bill that became effective as of October 2, 2002. We have incorporated this bill into our policy as follows: o Individuals under the age of 18 are required to provide a $500.00 cash security deposit upon check-in. This is in addition to the advance deposit required to make the reservation. o Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. If there is no damage nor additional cleaning required, the $500.00 security deposit will be refunded. If damage is present and/or additional cleaning is required, the amount (at the discretion of the manager) will be subtracted from the security deposit. If the damage is less than $500.00, the difference will be refunded. If the amount of damage exceeds $500.00, the deposit will be forfeited and the local authorities will be contacted. * All reservation cancellations, regardless of when you are traveling are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 per room.

NO ONE SEEMED TO CATCH THAT EITHER. CEILING FANS WERE FILTHY, MIRRORS WERE DIRTY, ELECTRICAL BOXES HUNG FROM THE CEILING IN SEVERAL ROOMS. THEN THE WAY THE HOTEL WAS SET UP WAS VERY CONFUSING AS FAR AS THE ELEVATOR GO. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT OUTSIDE BUT DID NOT LAST LONG ENOUGH AND THE OUTSIDE BAR CLOSED SO EARLY. WE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED IT MUCH BETTER IF IT WOULD HAVE STAYED OPEN SO WE COULD HAVE WATCHED THE KIDS PLAY ON THE BEACH WHILE WE HAD SOME ADULT TIME.SO ALL IN ALL WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR STAY. I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL COME BACK TO YOUR HOTEL EVEN THOUGH WE DO VACATION EVERY YEAR AT LEAST TWICE DURING THE SEASON WE MAY GO DOWN THE STREET BACK TO WHERE WE KNOW FOR SURE IT WILL BE CLEAN AND FUN AT THE HILTON. THE PRICE IS HIGHER BUT I GUESS FOR $269.00 IN OCEAN CITY YOU CAN'T EXPECT MUCH. I THOUGHT WE WOULD GET A GREAT ROOM FOR THAT PRICE BECAUSE WE REALLY CAN'T AFFORD ANY MORE THAN THAT PLUS THE ROOM SERVICE AND ALL THE STUFF THE KIDS WANT TO DO. They have arcade games there the kids love to play there great time-- some were not working but the management was refunded our money on the ones that took our coins.
