*SMOKE FREE HOTEL (as of February 1, 2008) * Remember, kids 12 and under stay free. * Persons over age 12 are considered adults and extra occupants over 12 are $15 daily per person, plus tax. * All of the suites are beautifully appointed with daily maid service including linens. * Rates are based on 2 adults per suite per day, 4 adults per two bedroom condo per day or 6 adults per three bedroom condo per day. * All rates are based on availability, subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities. * Check-in after 4:00pm; Check-out before 11:00am. Any checkout after 11:00am will result in additional charges. Rooms are not guaranteed until after 4:00pm. * Specific room types, bedding and special requests including non-smoking and near other parties may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Specific suite numbers as well as suite types & bedding requests cannot be guaranteed. Every attempt will be made to honor these special requests. In the event that the specified room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned. * All suites are equipped with an electronic safe for your protection. A nominal fee of 99¢ per day will be automatically charged to your bill regardless of use. * Deposits: A deposit is required when making a reservation. If your deposit has not been received, reservation is subject to automatic cancellation. * Suites:Reservation for 1-3 nights requires one night's payment in advance; four nights or more requires a 1/3 of total stay as an advance deposit, to be received at the hotel within 7 days of making reservation. No personal checks. Credit cards used to guarantee the reservations are charged are charged at the time the reservation is made for the required deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Must present credit card used for advance deposit upon check-in. No personal checks for payment of balance. * Condos:All summer weekly condo reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival date. A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. * Deposits are non-transferable. * Cancellation Policy: If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival, as indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must also be obtained in order to receive a refund (inclement weather is not a valid reason for refund): o 72 hours notice for group reservations o 7 days notice for transient reservations o 14 days notice for golf reservations o 30 days notice for any condo reservation * Cots and cribs are $15 per night, subject to availability. * Sorry, no pets. * Covered parking is available at no charge. * No refunds for early departure. * Reservations being made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non cancellable and are non refundable. * The Maryland General Assembly passed a bill that became effective as of October 2, 2002. We have incorporated this bill into our policy as follows: o Individuals under the age of 18 are required to provide a $500.00 cash security deposit upon check-in. This is in addition to the advance deposit required to make the reservation. o Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. If there is no damage nor additional cleaning required, the $500.00 security deposit will be refunded. If damage is present and/or additional cleaning is required, the amount (at the discretion of the manager) will be subtracted from the security deposit. If the damage is less than $500.00, the difference will be refunded. If the amount of damage exceeds $500.00, the deposit will be forfeited and the local authorities will be contacted. * All reservation cancellations, regardless of when you are traveling are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 per room.

My kids enjoyed the game area and the pool because they were able to play basketball in the pool. There was also a sauna and hot tub in the pool area, so i could relax and keep an eye on the kids. I realize that the hotel had no control over the electric going out and they did refund me for my nights stay, due to the fact I had $200 worth of groceries that were going to go bad. Check in was fast and we were greeted by someone who helped us in with our luggage. We went to the room and I have to say that were plesantly suprised. It had a huge master bedroom with a king bed that overlooked the atrium where the pool was and partial view of the ocean. The hotel has a couple nice resturants that we did not get a chance to eat at. Let me say that the beds at this hotel are amazingly comfortable. They are tempurpedic matresses which i thought were an extra bonus to staying at the hotel. The hotel is also in a perfect location not to far from the boardwalk but far enough away from the crowds. We really do not have anything bad to say about this hotel except that the pool could have been a little better. There was just an indoor pool and it did not look and feel that clean.
