The River Cottage
An 1890 Carriage Barn now a deluxe private cottage with fireplace, whirlpool tub, porch, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, television and VCR. (Conforms to A.D.A. standards.) Will accommodate families with two adults and two children.

The Riverview Hideaways -- 1st floor Colonial
Private and deluxe, this room has whirlpool tub, t.v. and VCR, fireplace, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. It has a private 28-foot porch with a breathtaking view up the Pocomoke River. Will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Reservation Policy
Check-in 3:00 to 7:00 pm unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Check-out at 12:00 noon please.
Two-night minimum stay weekends May - October and on holidays.
Deposit of one night's stay may be required
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express accepted; 20% discount for Auto Club Members & AARP.
40% discount for active duty military personnel.
Cancellation Policy
Refund with one week prior notice. No refunds issued with less than seven days notice, unless the room can be rented to another party. For multiple rooms and holiday cancellations, 2 weeks notice required.
Rates are for double occupancy and are subject to state and county tax.
Rates are subject to change.
Reservations are guarantees - no credit will be issued for early departures.
