* Check-In is after 3:00 PM and Check-Out is before 11:00 AM * All rates are subject to 10.5% tax (6% Maryland Sales Tax and 4.5% Ocean City Room Tax) * All prices are based on double occupancy *When more than 2 people over 12 yrs of age accupy same rooom, there is an additional $10.00 per person/per day charge * Each additional person is $10.00 per person per night * Weekend consist of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday * Holiday Weekend and Special Holiday Weekends may require a 3 night minimum stay * A single nights deposit is required to confirm a reservation -balance is due upon arrival * All Reservations are subject to Management Approval * Rates valid for advance reservations only, walk-in rates may vary considerably * Cancelation Policy: If date changes or cancellations are not received by 4PM at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must be obtained 7 days prior to arrival in order to recieve a refund * $35 Cancellation Fee on all reservations * No Refunds after Check-In, Early Departures, or Inclement Weather * No Personal Checks accepted at Check-In (Checks or Money Orders accepted for deposit only 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date) * Cash, Visa, MasterCard, are accepted at Check-In * Securiy deposit may be required * We do not accept third party credit cards (the persons name who is on the credit card must be present at Check-In with valid photo ID) * Pets under 25 pounds are welcome for a $15 per pet per night additional fee (limited rooms only)
