Published rates are for advanced reservations only; walk-in rates may vary. Children are persons. No charge for children 7 and under. 5% Maryland Sales Tax & 4% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night's deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival. Reservations are subject to management confirmation. Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am 7 days notice required for refund of deposit. 48 hours notice required for refund after check-in. Parking limited to one space per rental unit. All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

it was a very greattime your place was very accomodating to all of our needs . it was very comfortable for me with my children. your maid service was wonderful and helpful also.

It was a nice hotel - walking distance to the beach and boardwalk - nice kitchenette - good location. We didn't use our car the entire time because everything was within walking distance from the hotel.

You are tucked behind another motel so remember that you have an ocean "view" from your balcony if you are above floor one. I do not know about the view on one. You are right there at the boardwalk so you do not have to walk across any busy streets. It was great for the money I spent. It has a small oven range and med. size fridge, microwave and dishes if you want to save money on eating out. The elevators were scary though.
