Published rates are for advanced reservations only; walk-in rates may vary. Children are persons. No charge for children 7 and under. 5% Maryland Sales Tax & 4% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night's deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival. Reservations are subject to management confirmation. Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am 7 days notice required for refund of deposit. 48 hours notice required for refund after check-in. Parking limited to one space per rental unit. All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; we arrived late into the night, called several times, and they were very pleasant over the phone and even more so in person. We recieved good eating tips and advice.

However, upon entering the room and bedding down for the night; we were greeted with a single long strand of hair in the bed, under the sheets. We were horrified at the idea that the bedding was not changed. My husband did not want to change rooms or hotels. Also, the ants were ever present. in the bathroom and on the sheets; we have very hectic schedules and worked very hard to plan this romantic getaway and refused to let anything, ANYTHING spoil it; so we made due.
Unfortunately, we will not stay again; although I totally enjoyed the pleasant attitudes of the staff.
