5% Maryland Sales Tax & 4% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night's deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival.
Reservations are subject to management confirmation.
Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am
7 days notice required for refund of deposit.
48 hours notice required for refund after check-in.
Parking limited to one space per rental unit.
All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use.
Please make other arrangements for your pets.

the reason for not choosing the spinnaker again

I personally only had one problem with the hotel, that being the soft matress that I slept on. Other than that, I might select this particular hotel again, but will not because of my need for a firm mattress.

WE TOOK OUR GRAND DAUGHTER HERE FOR TWO NIGHTS SHE HAD A GREAT TIME SHE LOVED THE POOL .WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR ROOM IT WAS REAL CLEAN AND HAD A GREAT VEIW OF THE OCEAN .THIS MOTEL IS A GREAT .

The hotel was ok. When we got to our room, the key would not open the door. We got the guy from the front desk to show us we had to "pull forward on the door stick key in and out then push door open. Everytime we left the room we got locked out. Either key needed recoded or door was jammed. Inside the room there was leftover food in the refrigerator from previous family. Front desk staff was very courteous.

We were comfortable. The room accomodated our needs. The pool was okay. The walkways and stairways are not clean.

The hotel was located in a good area. Not far away from the action, but not too close to the be bothered. Hotel was clean and quite. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful, and when we plugged in too many appliances at once and the lights went out, maintenance came right away to reset the breaker. The stove, microwave and the refridge were very convenient to have in the room. We had a wonderful time.
