OCEAN CITY

Hotel run by nice fellow, place was decent, well located. only problem was a family that had multiple rooms and basically kept door open for kids and adults, drinking, yelling, etc. until after midnight one night, though I stared them into less rowdiness the next when they seemed to relent a bit earlier. But the place is OK, I'd recommend it to families looking for a place near the boardwalk, near the beach, not too expensive, and well managed.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Without expecting too much from a motel in the lower price range, it was suitable. However, the only complaint was that a hair was found on the bathroom towels prior to us checking in. That wouldn't necessarily keep me from staying there again since that was the only negative aspect.

When we pulled up to the hotel i noticed a gentlemen watchin tv in the smallest "lobby" I'd ever seen. I knew right then that this might not be good but gave the benifit of the dought. We get the key to our room and go to the room......ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE! It smeeled like cigarettes and mold and who knows what else.. My family has EXTREME asthma and we where only in there for about 20 min and i started shuting down then my husband started. The last thing i needed was my kids to start so we explainded this to the tenent on duty and he said he wanted us to leave for 1hr so the ionizer he was going to put in the room can work. We left but also made resevations somewhere else cause if you know anything about cigarettes you know that it is in EVERYTHING the draps, the bed sheets, etc. So we came back reentered the room and it smelled light but there was no way it was going to work so that night we told him we cant stay there and got our money back and left....value: $440 was defietly not worth the room we wher in or anything....they need to upgrade there rooms and get ride of the wood grain walls. Anyways what are they hiding behind there???? When we left we where actually about to just sleep in the car because it was already mid. but I called the hotel in which we had placed other reservations with and told them the situaltion and they allowed us to stay that night THANK GOD!!!! and the room at this new hotel was $30 less than that fun n sun hotel...very clean, NON SMOKING, an all around BEUTIFUL HOTEL and not to mention the view of the beach and boardwalk from our balcony. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!

The hotel was in a good location. but the rooms were not that clean and the bathrooms were disgusting. I will not be staying again. If ya just want a cheap place to stay then this is the place. the location is the only thing good about it.

it was okay. several days room service was not provided and had to ask for towels and take the garbage out ourselves which was okay except the room hadn't been cleaned or stocked three of five days
