Published rates are for advanced reservations only; walk-in rates may vary.
Children are persons.
No charge for children 12 and under.
5% Maryland Sales Tax & 4% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night's deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival.
Reservations are subject to management confirmation.
Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am
If a reservation is canceled 7 days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be issued minus a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. If a reservation is canceled with fewer than 7 day's notice before the arrival date, the deposit is nonrefundable. Absolutely no refunds on apartment deposits.
48 hours notice required for refund after check-in.
Parking limited to one space per rental unit.
All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use.
Please make other arrangements for your pets.

ok for a place to sleep for one night

Our family decided just to go for one night, 2 days. It was extremely hard to find a hotel for just one night!! I wish there were more to choose from for 1 night.
The hotel room itself was ok; however, our tv was malfunctioning so it took forever to find a station. The bathroom was very small.
For a quick stay not bad, it was right on the beach so that was convenient.

Surprisingly Good

Great Value for your money! The rooms aren't huge, but we used them primarily for sleeping and showering, anyway. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Definitely coming back next year.

i didn't like it because our room had pipes that were behind a broken wall and it made our room smell.. also the toliet didnt' work well.. the lamps all didn't work and we worent supplied enough towels.
